ON 1 Solves processes and tasks using knowledge in the field of management, management psychology, a foreign language at the level of fluency in the language.
ОN 2 Analyzes the legal reality using the methodology of legal analysis, determining the patterns of constitutional development of the state and civil society, including the institution of the presidency.
ОN 3 Develops draft acts of application regulating civil, criminal, civil and criminal procedural, labor relations; systematizing the factors of development of civil and criminal legislation.
ОN 4 Applies legal instruments in the field of labor law and commercial activity; freely navigating in civil law; systematizing new ideas regarding the improvement and development of legislation in the field of judicial practice.
ОN 5 Analyzes the problems of constitutional law, development and modernization strategy of executive power in the Republic of Kazakhstan; regulatory legal acts of administrative and legal regulation of public administration, knowing the essence of public service at the present stage.
ОN 6 Organizes and conducts trials, classifying offenses, using forensic means in the disclosure of offenses against the person, appointing a forensic examination.
ОN 7 Effectively communicates in a professional and social environment, solving problems, defining tasks, predicting consequences and making decisions on the management of the team and the organization.
ОN 8 Draws up legal opinions, statements, claims, responses to claims, complaints, appeals, contracts in accordance with the rules of legal technique, providing expert consulting activities on normative acts and acts of interpretation.
