Purposes
Training of competitive electrical engineers with practical skills and organizational abilities to use modern methods of obtaining, converting and transmitting electricity using modern technologies of traditional and alternative energy production.
Results
NO 1 Solves professional tasks in the course of work, applying knowledge of basic natural science disciplines, fundamentals of economics and life safety and processes, using non-standard thinking that allows you to find the optimal solution. NO 2 Expresses his own civil and moral position, possessing global and national spiritual and moral values, demonstrating the ability to communicate in oral and written speech, including in a foreign language to solve problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction NO 3 uses information, computer and network technologies, as well as physical and mathematical apparatus, methods of analysis and modeling to solve applied problems in professional activity, performing calculations using mathematical programming methods to determine the optimal parameters of power supply systems, assimilating the laws of classical and modern physics, methods of physical research. NO 4calculates and selects electrical devices and equipment of power plants and substations, using technical means for measuring and properties of structural, electrical materials, performing installation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, relay protection devices and automation of electric power facilities, making electrical diagrams NO 5 Compiles technical reports and operational information, forming diagrams and designs of power plants and substations, selecting and checking equipment of stations and substations of both domestic and foreign manufacturers, preparing initial data for drawing up plans, estimates, competently drawing up diagrams of power stations NO 6 summarizes modern methods of developing energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies, evaluating the operation and reliability of power plants and substations, ensuring optimal operation of technological equipment and monitoring the operation of the entire energy system, equipped with automated control systems. NO 7 plans and conducts research related to the determination of parameters, characteristics and condition of electrical equipment, facilities and systems of electric power and electrical engineering, collecting and analyzing data for design, compiling competitive variants of technical solutions, evaluating the design of external and internal power supply networks and the quality of electricity in the projected network NO 8 Organizes and controls compliance with the technological mode of operation, ensuring optimal working conditions, ensuring trouble-free operation of electrical equipment, promptly identifying and eliminating the causes of accidents, taking measures to prevent defects and improve the quality of work, analyzing the operating modes of networks and managing them NO 9Controls the correct operation of the technological tool, determining the basic properties, designs and operating principle of the main and auxiliary power equipment, analyzing and evaluating the energy potentials of energy sources NO 10effectively interacts and demonstrates communication skills in society, working in a team, tolerantly perceiving social, ethnic, confessional and cultural differences NO 11capable of further improving professional skills, management skills with the ability to organize your own business, managing your time, building and implementing a trajectory of self-development based on the principles of lifelong education
