Purposes

An educational program aimed at training competitive historians of local lore with high-quality knowledge in the subject area, skills in teaching history in the study of the region, innovative and global thinking, personal and spiritual and moral qualities, managerial, research, digital, linguistic knowledge, skills and skills, the ability to self-development and improve professional knowledge, skills and abilities.

Results

ЕО 1-Plans learning sessions, creating lesson plans that take into account the characteristics and needs of students, identifying appropriate teaching methods and assessment tools.
ЕО 2-Expresses his own civil and moral position, possessing global and national spiritual and moral values, economic and legal knowledge.
EO 3-Shows knowledge of the main periods of development of domestic and world history, the laws of historical processes, the ability to correlate phenomena and events of the historical past with general and modern historical processes.
EO 4-Conducts training sessions using innovative forms and methods of teaching history, taking into account the needs and requests of students, using information and communication technologies for teaching.
EO 5-Builds an educational process, showing respect for the personality of students, applying the knowledge of pedagogy, developmental psychology and physiology of the development of schoolchildren, taking into account the levels of emotional intelligence of students.
EO 6-Applies theoretical knowledge and practical skills in teaching history in the education of students, contributing to the formation of cultural diversity among students, preserving national and universal values.
EO 7-Develops programs and methods of teaching history, designing an individual trajectory for the development of students, taking into account their individual abilities and needs, using information and communication technology for teaching and using a wide range of educational resources.
EO 8-Analyzes and evaluates historical facts and events, basic concepts and historical processes, revealing cause-and-effect relationships in the development of historical disciplines, the history of the region through critical analysis.
EO 9-Conducts research on the educational process using methods of analysis of theory and methodology in the field of history, interdisciplinary integration, using historical and comparative methods, the method of historical analysis, presenting the results of scientific research in writing.
EO 10-Uses the results of current research on improving the educational process, including lesson research (Lesson Study) in the theory and methodology of teaching history.
EO 11-Carries out effective communication, developing the language competencies of students, maintaining a comfortable, accessible learning environment and emotional and psychological climate in the classroom, developing innovative thinking, initiating innovative ideas, correctly choosing and using information from Internet resources.
EO 12-Carries out a reflection of his activities, studying pedagogical practices better, determining his own needs for improving professional activities through planning to improve his qualifications with the further possibility of organizing his own business, using knowledge of the basics of economic theory, entrepreneurship, design thinking, a foreign language, practice-oriented special courses in history.
