Purposes

The purpose of this educational program is to train teachers of chemistry and biology who have high-quality knowledge in the field of teaching chemistry and biology, who are able to introduce modern teaching technologies into the educational process in order to practically implement the updated content of secondary education according to the educational program 6В01088 (1) - Chemistry-biology.

Results

ON1. Uses the results of current research to improve the educational process, including lesson research (Lesson Study) in teaching and methods of teaching chemistry and biology, using methods of instrumental analysis, presenting the results of scientific research in writing.
ON2. Develops programs and teaching methods in chemistry and biology, designing an individual development trajectory for students, taking into account their individual abilities and needs, using information and communication technology for education and applying a wide range of educational resources, entrepreneurship and economic theory, developing innovative thinking.
ON3. Develops teaching materials for chemical and biological education in accordance with the set goals of classes, with age characteristics, the needs of students, defining methods and techniques for teaching chemistry and biology, solving chemical problems.
ON4. Designs and conducts training sessions in chemical and biological education, taking into account the linguistic needs and requests of students, using information and communication technology training.
ON5. Conducts training sessions using didactic knowledge in integration with knowledge of general and inorganic, organic, analytical, physical, colloidal chemistry, botany, zoology, human anatomy, plant physiology and biochemistry.
ON6. Identifies the needs and difficulties in teaching chemistry and biology, using the results of diagnostics of individual characteristics of students, methods of reflection and teamwork in research / project work.
ON7. Builds the educational process, showing respect for the personality of students, applying knowledge of pedagogy, developmental psychology and physiology of development of schoolchildren, taking into account the levels of emotional intelligence of students.
ON8. Observes the pedagogical tact, the rules of pedagogical ethics, developing a favorable educational environment for the implementation of the cultural and linguistic needs of students
ON9. Expresses his own civic and moral position, possessing global and national spiritual and moral values.
ON10. Plans learning sessions, drawing up lesson plans taking into account the characteristics and needs of students, determining appropriate teaching methods and assessment tools.
ON11. Carries out effective communication, developing the language competencies of students, maintaining a comfortable, accessible learning environment and emotional and psychological climate in the classroom, using knowledge of the basics of ecology.
ON12. Carries out a reflection of his activities, studying the best pedagogical practices, determining his own needs for improving professional activities through planning to improve his qualifications with the further possibility of organizing his own business, using knowledge of the basics of rights and economic theory, entrepreneurship, design thinking, a foreign language, STEM education, IT- genetics.
