Information system
Purposes
The educational program 7M06102 - "Information systems" is aimed at implementing the mission, political and strategic plan of the University: providing educational services in the field of postgraduate education that ensure the competitiveness and sustainable socio-economic growth of the Mangistau region. The purpose of this educational program is to train it specialists who are competitive in the labor market for state, local, regional, and foreign institutions, as well as to train scientific and pedagogical personnel for higher education institutions and colleges; scientific and professional training of specialists who possess modern information technologies, including methods for obtaining, processing, and storing scientific information; who are able to formulate and solve modern scientific and practical problems, plan and conduct experimental research activities in their chosen scientific specialty, teach at universities and successfully carry out research and management activities. The goal of the program is to train graduates in the field of information technology in two areas: "Digital educational services" and "Cloud technologies"; who have in-depth professional knowledge, are able to carry out automation and management of various processes on a scientific basis; demonstrate skills in using modern methods of identification of automatic control systems, innovative approaches to solving research problems The main direction of training in OP is in-depth training of a specialist trained to work in research institutions, government agencies, educational institutions, design organizations, industrial enterprises, etc. Master's degree in "7M06102 - Information systems" can work as an engineer-specialist of the highest level of qualification of the highest category; researcher; teacher of universities and colleges; administrator of information systems; software architect. The sphere of professional activity of graduates: creation and operation of information systems that automate the tasks of organizational management of commercial companies and budget institutions; analysis of requirements for information systems and business applications; a set of methods and tools for developing information systems and business applications. The objects of professional activity of graduates are: description and modeling of information and communication processes in information systems; project management tools; design and management of databases of information systems; creation of components of information systems, programs and software complexes; management of maintenance and design of IP modifications that automate organizational management tasks and business processes; manage and control the development of SOFTWARE architecture.
Results
ON1 Represents the social significance of their future profession; describes worldview, socially and personally significant philosophical problems; reproduces methods of critical analysis, evaluation and comparison of various scientific theories and ideas; extracts developing knowledge and understanding obtained at the level of higher education, which are the basis or opportunity for the original development or application of ideas, often in the context of scientific research; learns the methodology of scientific knowledge, psychological methods and means to improve the effectiveness and quality of training; correlates the knowledge of pedagogy and psychology of higher education in their teaching activities; defines a foreign language at the professional level, allowing for research and practical activities; tells about scientific concepts of world and Kazakhstan science in the corresponding field. ON2 Selects innovative models in the design of information systems, as well as the basic principles of information transformation; generalizes the life cycle and methodology of software development for the class of tasks to be solved; interprets the key principles and approaches for documenting and maintaining the information system; evaluates the effectiveness of business processes of the organization; covers modern methods of research in solving problems of information systems design. ON3 Uses methods of system analysis of objects and information processes, operations research and decision-making; applies the principles of building relational and object-oriented databases to solve actual problems of information systems in production; uses a modern database management system to create specialized information systems; leads databases to a given level of normalization, uses modern means of technical support of databases; uses declarative programming languages for building and analyzing database tables; demonstrates the skills of making queries in programming languages, DBMS, testing, and optimization of queries to databases. ON4 Analyzes and controls the operation of computer-aided design systems for compliance with technical conditions and service standards; implements methods and procedures for enterprise automation, evaluates the main characteristics of information systems; selects modeling methods for research and design of systems, modeling languages and application packages for modeling discrete systems. ON5 Operates with deep modern knowledge in the field of web programming, distributed computing technology, network technologies and their interpretations, methods and methods of implementing systems within the research context; uses application software for modeling and automating big data processing processes; models objects with specified properties to describe the subject area, uses cloud technologies and data representation methods for processing and analyzing information in modern information systems; uses web technologies in various applied areas of production; operates on the skills of functioning of modern software tools for computer network analysis; applies the principles of web programming to represent knowledge in a visual form, visualization of information in the form of graphs. ON6 Selects the concept and approaches in the implementation of various projects in the field of digital education, applies network technologies to manage the educational process; solves the problems of building mobile applications to simulate real cases from the educational process; designs and implements mobile applications for the development of digital educational services; analyzes the performance of mobile devices in information processes; analyzes the operation of mobile programs, identifies errors and debugs the program code; diagnoses the functioning of distributed applications in accordance with the technical task. ON7 Formulates the selected areas of development and research of theoretical and experimental models of professional activities in various fields, as well as enterprises of various profiles and all types of activities in the economy of the information society; highlights current issues of information technology, formulates conclusions with incomplete or limited information based on the integration of knowledge; highlights the skills of logical and analytical thinking, argumentation of scientific decisions, practical analysis in the professional environment; analyzes the functionality of the supported software, selects standards, methods, tools, and technical tools for supporting information processes and data exchange between computing devices; demonstrates application administration and configuration skills, and formulates technical requirements for hardware. ON8 Demonstrates communication skills in society and professional environment, works in a group, offers new solutions, compares his opinion with the opinion of the team, resolves conflict situations, owns and adheres to social and ethical values based on social norms in professional activities.
