Pedagogy and Methodology of Primary Education

Purposes

Training of a teacher who is able to independently solve the tasks of his professional activity in the field of primary education at the modern level, relying on the acquired in-depth knowledge, skills and formed competencies.

Results

ON 1-Applies modern communication technologies in three languages for professional and social interaction and in a multicultural and multilingual environment, analyzing and taking into account the diversity of cultures in the process of intercultural interaction.
ON 2-Diagnoses and predicts the state and changes of the management subsystem, integrating modern knowledge about the student, applying the norms of professional ethics, analyzing psychological conditions and features of managerial activity.
ON 3-Determines and implements in practice the priorities of its own activities, conducting experimental work within the framework of the topic of scientific research.
ON 4-Develops programs for monitoring the educational results of students, possessing the skills of organizing a network form of implementing professional educational programs using the resources of several organizations.
ON 5-Evaluates the current problems of primary school pedagogy and science on the content of education, designing pedagogical activities based on special scientific knowledge and research results.
ON 6-Performs a critical analysis of problem situations based on a systematic approach, developing a strategy of actions, implementing control and support of educational activities of the school.
ON 7-Evaluates the ability to overcome the formed stereotypes, demonstrating the willingness to independently acquire new knowledge necessary for professional self-development.
ON 8-Designs and applies optimal forms and technologies for organizing joint, individual educational and educational activities of students using innovative methods; carrying out scientific publications, introducing the results of the latest scientific research in the field of primary education into the educational process.
ON 9-He makes reports on the research topic at scientific conferences, publishing their results, reviewing scientific publications, introducing the results of the latest scientific research in the field of primary education into the educational process.
ON 10-Uses the skills of theoretical and methodological analysis, modulating forecasting and planning methods in practice, as well as synthesizing specialty knowledge and interdisciplinary knowledge to solve research and practical problems
