Purposes

The purpose of the educational program is to train highly qualified personnel in the labor market who have professional knowledge, skills in the field of law, managerial, digital skills, analytical and research thinking, the ability to organize and conduct regulatory examinations, knowledge of the mechanism of the system for protecting citizens ' rights and the ability to implement the results of research in practice in the field of law in the region and the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Results

ON 1 Through the analysis, explain the main civil and criminal law measures, the implementation of legal policy in this area, ways to solve problems, as well as the improvement of national civil, criminal enforcement, civil and criminal procedure legislation, problems related to the application of the theory of evidence in the formation of concepts of civil and criminal procedure and national procedural legislation;
ОN 2 Apply the features of the methodology of scientific knowledge, philosophy of law, knowledge of a foreign language at a professional level to analyze existing concepts and approaches to the study of legal processes and conduct their own scientific research.
ОN 3 Using information and digital technologies in the field of professional activity, to carry out information-analytical and information-bibliographic work;
ОN 4 Use qualified legal opinions and consultations on issues related to the activities of law enforcement agencies in the field of combating corruption, the main methods, methods and recommendations for the disclosure and investigation of crimes; the existing legal and organizational mechanism for ensuring information security
ОN 5 Using the analysis of legal problems at a highly professional legal level, develop regulatory legal acts of various levels to resolve problematic situations in the civil and criminal law sphere
ОN 6 Analyze legal facts and legal relations arising in connection with them, analyze, interpret and correctly apply legal norms; make decisions and perform legal actions in strict accordance with the law; carry out legal expertise of normative legal acts; give qualified legal opinions and consultations, correctly draw up and execute legal documents
ОN 7 Organize the work of providing professional legal services in different languages in the field of public service and management, civil law, criminal, administrative law and process, information and legal sphere for professional and non-professional audiences; using the features of management psychology.
ОN 8 Applying the knowledge of higher school pedagogy and methods of scientific cognition, evaluate your pedagogical and research activities, determine the ways of further professional development
