Purposes

Master's degree is a vocational curriculum of postgraduate education, aimed at training scientific, scientific-pedagogical and managerial personnel with the award of an academic degree "Master" in the specialty "Management": in the scientific and pedagogical direction (2 years) - master's degree in economics, in the profile direction (1 year) - master of economics and business. Training in the magistracy in the specialty "Management" is aimed at training high-level professionals with theoretical, analytical, applied knowledge and skills.
        The Master's program in Management specialty at KSUTI after Sh.Yessenov is focused on training highly qualified managers and specialists for the branches of the economy and the social sphere and business. The master’s educational program is applied in nature, aimed at instilling managerial skills and providing training for professional managers (general managers in all aspects of management). The main focus is on the study of current problems of modern management, strategic management, project management, innovation management, business, human resources and much more.
        Masters in the educational program 6M050700- “Management” are professional managers, production managers who are able to ensure the prosperity of their firm, competent in such areas as management, marketing, financial analysis, able to interact with people, and work successfully in a competitive environment.
        The ultimate goal of master's training in the specialty "Management" is to get him fundamental knowledge in the issues of innovative management of production processes in organizations of various organizational and legal forms. A manager with a master's degree can establish his own profitable enterprise. In addition, the Master of Management can work in research and teaching institutions.

Results

ON1 formulates the main provisions and regulatory requirements of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan and legislation related to the organization of management and business, international and domestic standards, other methodological and regulatory materials related to the performed work
ON2 explains modern theoretical and practical problems of management , Economics and business; methodology of scientific knowledge; principles of organizing and conducting scientific research
ON3 uses the acquired knowledge for original development and application of ideas in the context of scientific research; integrates knowledge gained from different disciplines to solve research problems in new and unfamiliar environments
ON4 uses in practice methods for determining social and technical and economic indicators of the effectiveness of management activities and business; methodology of management research and teaching activities
ON5 applies methods of receiving , processing and transmitting information using modern technical means; uses modern information technologies in the educational process; conducts information-analytical and information-bibliographic work with the involvement of modern information technologies
ON6 analyzes and processes information; summarizes and critically evaluates the results obtained by domestic and foreign researchers; identifies current scientific problems; thinks creatively and creatively approaches new problems and situations
ON7 develops business strategies by improving the organizational culture and image of the organization, using techniques of planning, development and management of human resources; identifies reserves for improving the efficiency of the enterprise, makes morally and logically correct management decisions to organize the achievement of goals
ON8 organizes work in a team, cooperation with colleagues, the activities of a small group created for the implementation of a specific economic project; establishes interpersonal communication in solving management problems of management and conducting discussions when choosing and justifying the project
