The purpose of the 6B07305- ВIM technologies in construction is to train highly educated, competitive, creative professional personnel in the construction industry who have the skills and abilities to work with modern BIM technologies used in the design, construction and operation of civil, industrial, transport, and utility facilities

RE1- Solves professional tasks in the course of work, applying knowledge of basic natural science disciplines, fundamentals of economics and life safety and processes, using non-standard thinking that allows you to find the optimal solution.RE2 – Expresses its own civil and moral position, possessing global and national spiritual and moral values, legal, linguistic knowledge and information literacyRE3- Applies modern information flows in order to adapt to dynamically changing phenomena and processes in the global construction industry.RE4- Carries out design work on the construction and reconstruction of buildings and structures with the use of IM technologies for the design of engineering systems, mechanical and electrical equipment and means of mechanization using modern innovative developments in the field of energy conservation.RE5 - Effectively applies the rules and technologies of installation, commissioning, testing and commissioning of structures, engineering systems and equipment of construction facilities, samples of products manufactured by the enterprise; ready to use SNIP and Eurocodes in the field of construction.RE6- Ensures compliance of the developed projects and technical documentation with standards, specifications and other regulatory documents on design and construction.RE7- Performs calculations of structures of buildings and structures, their bases and foundations, engineering systems, including using modern software products.RE8- Analyzes the basic physical and mechanical properties of building materials, the technology of their manufacture, modern methods of examination in order to improve the efficiency of use.RE9- Analyzes compliance with the main regulatory and reference documents of projects for the calculation, design of building structures, foundations of buildings and structures, heat and gas supply systems, ventilation, water supply, and sewerage, organization of construction production.RE10 – Plans and conducts research in the field of BIM technologies, energy-saving technologies, designing and analyzing construction systems, submitting research results in writing.RE11– effectively interacts in a professional and social environment, using knowledge of languages, the basics of academic writing, emotional intelligence, anti-corruption culture.RE12- capable of further improvement of professional skills with the possibility of organizing his own business using the basics of law, economic theory, entrepreneurship and design thinking.
