Purposes
In accordance with the new educational standards, the educational program will provide the implementation of an education based on a competence-based approach, aimed at training project management professionals who take the role of project manager, versed in technical communication skills, team leadership, well-armed with rigorous quantitative project analysis skills, ready to communicate complex issues to project stakeholders for decision-making.

ON 1 Explains the basic concepts, standards, models, processes, areas, and methods of project management at the stages of its life cycle, their capabilities, and limitations
ON 2 Critically analyzes research conducted by others, and plans and conducts its own scientific research
ON 3 Applies modern information technologies to improve project planning and control, to ensure the effective operation of the project, and makes effective management decisions.
ON 4 It uses quantitative and qualitative methods for conducting applied research and managing business processes and prepares analytical materials based on the results of their preliminary analysis.
ON 5 Develops corporate strategy, organizational development and change programs, and ensures their implementation
ON 6 Able to manage projects efficiently and intelligently assess and manage risks, as well as effectively manage costs
ON 7 Establishes interpersonal communication and uses various methods of motivation in solving management problems of management and conducting discussions in the selection and justification of the project
ON 8 - Carries out reflection and self-assessment of its research activities, determines the direction of further professional development
