Purposes

The aim of the educational program 7M04104-Business Administration (MBA) is to train managerial personnel who possess modern knowledge and skills in the field of business, be able to manage processes and personnel assets, form a company strategy, be able to determine strategic and operational tasks and achieve their achievement using scientific tools.

Results

ON1. Reveals the skills of quantitative and qualitative analysis of information when making decisions, building economic, financial and organizational management models by adapting them to specific management tasks.
ON2. Evaluates human resources, personnel potential, personnel management technology for the development of the personnel management system in the enterprise.
ON3. Analyzes problematic aspects of business and management, generating solutions from the standpoint of competition in the international environment.
ON4. Chooses the best solutions when creating science-intensive products, taking into account quality requirements, deadlines for the implementation of production and personnel policies using the method of applied organizational behaviors.
ON5. Diagnoses the organization of supply logistics, controlling supply chains and the quality of logistics activities, as well as the needs of buyers of goods and their formation with the help of marketing communications.
ON6. Presents corporate and managerial qualities in strategic management, as well as the relationship between the functional structures of companies for managerial decisions in the fields of the economy.
ON7. Proves the critical point of economic and legal methods of company management, as well as a business analysis system for improving enterprise management.
ON8. Improves the ability to manage processes and human resources assets, professional qualities of a manager, business skills, company optimization strategy, operational and strategic tasks of a manager.
