FINANCIAL MARKETS AND CORPORATE BUSINESS (BL)

Purposes

Specialty "Finance" gives a complex of knowledge in the field of banking, financial management, taxes and taxation.
The main task of the specialty is to train highly qualified specialists who are able to work effectively in a market economy, taking into account the specifics of the current situation in Kazakhstan. It introduces the basics of financial management, especially the organization of Finance of enterprises and organizations, banking and insurance.

Results

ON 1 – Apply basic knowledge and skills in the field of Finance for professional growth and development of management decisions in determining the financial strategy of the company
ON 2 - to Demonstrate knowledge on the basics of organization of financial and budgetary and monetary regulation, theoretical and practical aspects of the financial and banking system, foreign experience in the organization of public Finance and corporate Finance, as well as international practice of using financial and credit instruments to regulate the market.
ON 3 – Apply knowledge and skills in the field of methods of financial research, evaluate modern financial processes and forecasts in assessing the place of any financial institution in the system of financial institutions and banks
ON 4 - Analyze financial situations and problems from different points of view, demonstrate teamwork with other colleagues and market participants
ON 5 – is Able to collect and analyze the initial data necessary for the calculation of economic and socio-economic indicators characterizing the activities of economic entities;
ON 6 – Adequate orientation in different economic situations, ability to work in a team, correct defense of one's point of view, offer new solutions, compliance with the norms of business ethics, possession of ethical and moral norms and behavior;
ON 7 – to be Able to use modern information technologies and the ability to independently search, analyze and select the necessary information, organize, transform, store and transmit it.
ON 8 – Demonstrate skills of professional knowledge in the field of Finance and credit, law, accounting and control, analysis of economic activity, statistics, legal basis of business and Commerce, audit, securities market, marketing and management, economic and mathematical modeling, special financial and credit and legal disciplines.
