Purposes

The  master's  program at Yessenov University in  the specialty State and local management" is aimed at the formation of professional-applied, managerial and personal competencies that are crucial in the performance of the functions and tasks of any state agency.
The purpose of training in the educational program "State and local management" is  to train managers of the new formation with knowledge in the field of scientific and methodological foundations of state and local regulation of socio-economic processes, a critical analysis of  administrative reforms in  the field of national  and regional management.

Results

ЕO 1. Explains the basics of economic knowledge in various fields of activity, the basics of social forms of production, economic relations of subjects, methods of studying economic processes and phenomena.
ЕO 2. Possesses global, national, and spiritual and moral values.
ЕO 3. Apply skills in the implementation of interaction between the state and business, time management, leadership qualities, culture of thinking, making effective professional management decisions in the professional sphere.
ЕO 4. Use digital technologies and methods of state regulation of the economy, the relationship and dynamics of national production, inflation, employment, managing public procurement and contracts in solving important social and economic problems of states.
ЕO 5. Plans and conducts research in the field of state and local government.
ЕO 6. Evaluates the initial data necessary for the calculation of socio-economic indicators and uses them to evaluate public administration activities and make strategic decisions.
