Purposes

The purpose of this educational program is to train modern qualified and competitive managers in the field of management in the labor market, who have:
- research, digital, entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and abilities, national and global values;
- key and professional competencies in the field of management;
- the ability to professional growth and mobility;
- practical skills and leadership qualities that meet the modern requirements of the labor market, making a practical contribution to the innovative development of the company and to the modernization of the economy and business of Kazakhstan.

Results

Cognitive (LO1).  Demonstrates basic knowledge in the field of natural science disciplines, the basics of economic knowledge in various fields of activity, the laws of social development;
Cognitive (LO2).  Demonstrates global and national spiritual and moral values;
Functional (LO3).  Plans and conducts research work to solve the problems of the functioning of enterprises;
Functional. (LO4).  Uses modern innovative digital technologies to solve professional and research tasks;
System parameters (LO5).  Makes decisions in professional activity, relying on the knowledge of modern management theories, modern methods and tools for making managerial decisions;
System parameters (LO6).   Develops ways to implement the main management functions in order to improve the efficiency of the company's activities;
Meta competence (LO7).  Organizes work in a team, effectively interacts in a professional and social environment;
Social and communicative (LO8).   He is capable of further improvement of professional skills with the possibility of organizing his own business.
