Purposes

A graduate of a bachelor degree in specialty 6В050903 - Land Management is awarded an academic degree of bachelor of land management.
The Bachelor of Land Management can work as: a land surveyor, a designer and surveyor, a surveyor, a specialist of enterprises and organizations, institutions of the Agency of the RK land management system, committees, departments and land inspections of local executive bodies at all levels.
Bachelors in the specialty 6В050903 - Land Management can perform the following professional activities:
- organizational and managerial;
- production and technology;
- settlement and design;
- Experimental survey;
- educational.

Functions of professional activity - the performance of duties, according to the job descriptions of enterprises, organizations and institutions.
Typical tasks of professional activity - performance of geodetic, survey, land management and cadastral works in accordance with the instructions for their implementation, participation in the improvement of the technology of their implementation.
Areas of professional activity: organizational and managerial; production and technology; settlement and design; experimental survey; educational.
Content of professional activity:
- organizational and managerial: management and organization of the processes of conducting geodetic, land surveying and cadastral work, state control over the use and protection of land and other survey and survey work;
- production and technology: organization and maintenance of geodesic, topographic surveys, adjustments of planning and cartographic material, allotment of land plots and registration of the right of establishing documents, maintaining state control over the use and protection of agricultural land and land settlements;
- settlement and design: drawing up schemes and forecasts of land use, projects of inter-farm, on-farm and district land management, projects of land reclamation and land improvement, anti-erosion measures;
- Experimental survey: conducting research and surveys on land management, land cadastre, protection and state control, land management;
- educational activities - the organization and conduct of classes and practices in specialized secondary schools on the profile of the specialty.

Master the methods of designing geodetic, land management and cadastral works (instrumental, professional competence);
Formulate arguments and solve problems in the field of state regulation of the economy (professional competence).

Choose the methods arising from the solution of the task of the economic situation and choose the best tactics from an economic point of view (professional competence);
Ability to solve problems in the field of land management and organization of the territory, use information technologies in the field of professional activity, draw up schemes and projects for inter-farm, on-farm and district land management (professional competence);
To possess methods of experimental research and research on land management and land cadastre (professional competence).

Understand the methods of work with geodetic and photogrammetric instruments and tools, with computer and digital technologies for land surveying (professional competence);
Master the methods with modern geodetic instruments and methods of organizing topographic surveys of land resources and the technical means of their mapping (professional competence);
Ability to conduct professional issues related to the performance of work on land management, land cadastre and land management and land relation, observance of occupational safety and environmental protection (professional competence);

To possess knowledge in the field of modern automated technologies for collecting, systematizing, processing and recording information about land plots (professional competence);
Willingness to use design and survey works in the field of land management and land monitoring (professional competence);
Use of drawing up projects of inter-farm, on-farm and local land management (professional competence).

Analyze the quality of the planned cartographic material and the content of geodetic data, be competent in the organization and planning of high-precision geodetic measurements.
Able to use practical skills for conducting geodetic operations in the performance of land management and cadastral work.
To develop a cartographic analysis of topographic and thematic maps, materials of aerospace information.

Able to manage organizational skills, be able to create mobile working groups to fulfill their goals and be able to manage such a group, be able to protect their rights and require them to perform duties (interpersonal competence);
The ability to practice the theoretical knowledge about the types of land management, an understanding of their modern content. Independent search, analysis and evaluation of professional information.
Possession of methods of theoretical foundations of land management, understanding of the role of land as the main means of production in agriculture.
