Calculation and design of buildings and structures
Purposes
The graduate is awarded the academic bachelor's degree in engineering and technology in the educational program “6B07303 - Calculation and design of buildings and structures”. The list of specialist positions: construction engineer, OTK engineer, site foreman, shop (site) foreman, shop foreman, VET engineer, VET specialist, design engineer, design engineer, surveyor engineer, surveyor engineer, engineer for automation and mechanization of production processes, quality engineer, equipment integration engineer, engineer for technical supervision of construction, adjustment and testing engineer, engineer for scientific and technical information, project manager, project manager, environmental engineer no health and safety, engineer, technician, designer, laboratory technicians, technician, laboratory assistant. Scope of professional activity of the graduate: the field of professional activity of graduates in the educational program "6B07303 - Calculation and design of buildings and structures" is the construction industry, the oil and gas industry, mechanical engineering, etc. Object of professional activity: construction organizations, firms, design organizations, enterprises of the construction industry, construction departments of enterprises, organizations, research and design institutes, research and production centers. Functions of professional activity: design and engineering: conducting engineering surveys, collecting, analyzing and systematizing scientific and technical information, performing design technical documentation; organizational and managerial: organization of work of the labor collective, adoption of managerial decisions, introduction of advanced methods of labor organization and management, preparation of initial data on project development; production and technological: calculation and design of buildings and structures, construction, repair and reconstruction of buildings and structures; research: the implementation of experimental and theoretical research in the field of construction.
Results
Cognitive A1 (ON1) - demonstrates a civic position on the basis of a deep understanding and scientific analysis of the stages and patterns of historical development of Kazakhstan; - substantiates the basis of philosophical knowledge for the formation of a worldview position; - Demonstrates oral and written communication in Russian and foreign languages for solving problems of interpersonal and intercultural interaction; - Demonstrates a tolerant perception of social, ethnic and cultural differences; -Able to use methods and means of physical education to ensure full social and professional activity; -explains knowledge (concepts, ideas, theories) in the field of labor protection and life safety, on the basics of ethnic tolerance, the theoretical foundations in the fight against corruption, interethnic tolerance and social harmony. Cognitive (A2) (ON2) - Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of concepts, skills and terminology related to entrepreneurial activity and serving the community in the development of a project; - forms assembly drawings of parts, mechanisms and structures, general view drawings, dimensional and assembly drawings, as well as other design documentation - Explains engineering and geodetic calculations and measures with modern geodetic instruments for the production of alignment work on the ground; - describes the operation of concrete, reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement, as well as methods for their calculation and design, design features of high-rise buildings - classifies parts of buildings, loads and impacts on buildings; types of buildings and structures, supporting and enclosing structures -interprets research activities, research, data collection and analysis, writing scientific articles Functional (B1) (ON3) - uses the basic laws of natural sciences in professional activities, methods of computer modeling, theoretical and experimental research; -Practices English at the level of professional communication and translation. - applies in practice concepts, laws and theories, their expressions in terms specific to mathematics, physics, chemistry; -describes the basics of technical drawing, system design documentation, standards, specifications and instructions for the design of drawings and other technical documentation -applies regulatory legal documents, GOSTs and standards in professional activities; - Performs technical calculations, the main characteristics of the materials used, manufacturing technology and technical conditions of the developed parts, mechanisms and structures. - summarizes the development trends of the technology of construction of buildings and structures and construction design technology; seaports, enclosing structures, etc. Functional (B2) (ON4) -applies knowledge in the field of engineering surveys, in the design of buildings and structures, engineering systems and equipment; -analyses the classification of soils, the composition of soils, the size and relative position of particles in the soil, the basic calculation models of soils, etc. - classifies the main design tasks, principles of CAD design (computer-aided design system). -Uses measures to protect the environment when carrying out construction, installation, repair and construction works; - solves problems in engineering mechanics, theoretical mechanics and resistance of materials - draws up and draws up schemes, specifications, statements of the volumes of work and materials in accordance with normative and technical documentation. Functional (B3) (ON5) - formulates the requirements of legislative, regulatory legal acts and regulatory technical documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of architecture, urban planning and construction, ongoing changes. - analyzes technical data and indicators (soil properties, type of foundation, etc.) for subsequent calculation. - performs calculations according to the depth of the foundations, to determine the size of the foundation and constructs hydraulic and marine structures - develops estimated documentation and determines the estimated cost of construction - Names estimated norms and methods of application of estimated norms, and prices for construction resources. System (C1) (ON6) -Designs on two- and three-dimensional systems of computer-aided design 3d models of steel trusses, frames, arches, passages and other structures of buildings and structures. - solves the calculations of building structures for the main and special effects (seismic, explosion, etc.), including with the use of specialized software -Calculates the bearing capacity of structural elements and components by analytical methods -designs berth facilities of seaports, enclosing structures, coastal protective structures, hydraulic structures of seaports -evaluates the load on the hydraulic, shore protection structures - discusses the environmental foundations of environmental protection in marine construction, basic environmental concepts in marine construction. System (C2) (ON7) - draws up technological tasks for the implementation of the project; automation of construction production -controls the technology of modern construction production and the organization of construction production, the organization of offshore structures - evaluates and monitors the quality of construction and installation works, evaluates the cross-sections of the main bearing structures of various materials made of monolithic concrete. - conducts experiments of modern methods of examination and testing of building materials, soils, data collection and analysis - monitors compliance with the requirements of building codes (SNiP), GOSTs, technical specifications in term projects. - substantiates calculations of the stability of coastal protective structures. Social Communication (D) (ON8) - draws conclusions on educational materials through practical skills at basic program levels and summarizes the theoretical foundations of the thesis and their application in practice -forms the goal, task, conclusions of the thesis through theoretical and practical knowledge - interacts with others in a rational and honest way, works in a team, solves problems, offers ideas, solutions when writing term papers, while doing internships.
