Construction of energy efficient buildings
Purposes
The purpose of the educational program "Construction of energy-efficient buildings" is – training of highly qualified, competitive specialists in the field of construction of energy-efficient buildings with a high level of knowledge, skills, professional skills of design and possession of modern methods of effective organization and production of construction works, with the necessary professional and personal competencies sufficient for successful activity at the enterprises of the construction complex in accordance with the requirements of the regional, national and international labor markets.
Results
ON1 Possess a culture of thinking. Be capable of writing and speaking, correctly and logically formalize the results of thinking Explanation of the legal system and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan; explanation of legal moral and ethical standards in the field of professional activity; On the relationship of science and technology and ethical issues, the essence of scientific rationality of science and technology and the description of life safety requirements; ON2 Definition of modern and perspective directions of development of computer technologies in the construction industry; Knowledge of the state language and the language of international communication; lexical and grammatical minimum of one of the foreign languages; basics of industrial relations and determination of management principles taking into account technical, financial, psychological and human factors; Description of modern information technologies of search, collection, processing, analysis and storage of scientific and technical information; Basic methods of Economics and management in the construction industry and work with software products; knowledge of architectural, construction, special and scientific terminology; ON3 Trends in the development of architectural, space-planning, compositional and structural solutions; explanation of urban development prospects; Directions of improvement of production technology of building materials and products, verification of engineering methods of geodetic, hydrogeological and environmental surveys; Selection of the main problems of water supply and sanitation, heat and gas supply of buildings, facilities and settlements; Explanation of the problems of environmental protection, ecology and life safety; Maintenance and repair of architecture, urban planning and construction; ON4 Fundamentals of architectural design, modern types of buildings and structures; basic physical and mechanical properties of building materials, the development of technology for their manufacture; Creation of water supply and Sewerage systems, gas supply, ventilation, electrical equipment of buildings and settlements; Basic concepts, laws, methods of engineering mechanics; drafting the origin, conditions of formation, structure, composition and properties of soils; Calculation and design of buildings and structures, engineering systems; Formation of the structure and content of project documentation; ON5 Use of methods of theoretical and experimental studies of building structures, fundamental soils; Technology, organization, mechanization and automation of construction production; Fundamentals of economic theory, management and marketing, accounting and auditing; Issues of labor protection, environmental legislation; use of legal documents related to professional activity; Interview-dialogue in the state and foreign languages, translation of texts with a dictionary, abstracts and business letters in a foreign language; ON6 Work with the main normative and reference documents on the organization, calculation, design of building structures, foundations of buildings and structures, systems of heat and gas supply, ventilation, water supply and Sewerage, construction production; The use of modern methods of research and testing of building materials, structures and structures; Work with construction, architecture, engineering systems, management, Economics, environmental protection. ON7 Performing calculations of structures of buildings and structures, foundations, engineering systems, including the use of modern software products; Development of design solutions that meet the requirements of long-term development of the industry, using modern software; planning of repair and strengthening of parts of buildings, modernization of engineering systems, networks and equipment; Analysis of production and economic activities of its division or the entire enterprise, including the use of modern software products; ON8 Control over technological and labor disciplines; Use of information technologies for data collection and application packages in solving design and production tasks; Assessment of technogenic impact of construction on ecostructures; Assessment and quality control of construction and installation works; Implementation of acceptance and delivery of work performed;
